Information received
Iron Route Safety Consulting LLC may receive information that you voluntarily provide through the website inquiry form, by email, by telephone, or during a consultation. This may include your name, business contact information, company information, and a description of your inquiry.
Website inquiry form
The website inquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing provider. Information submitted through the form is transmitted to Iron Route and may also be processed and retained by Formspree under its privacy practices. Do not use the form to transmit sensitive or confidential records.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested services, prepare proposals, administer engagements, maintain business records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Sensitive information
Do not send driver files, medical information, drug or alcohol testing records, credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive documents through the website inquiry form or an initial email. An appropriate transfer method and authorized recipients should be established first.
Confidential engagements
Client confidentiality, data handling, retention, return, and destruction requirements may be addressed in the applicable service agreement or NDA. An NDA does not prevent disclosures required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory obligation.
Sharing
Iron Route does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting business operations, including Formspree for website inquiry processing, professional advisers, or government and legal authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
